We’re hiring a Director of Housekeeping to own cleaning quality and consistency across a high-volume vacation rental cleaning operation.
This role exists to eliminate quality variance, reduce re-cleans and client complaints, and ensure every property meets clearly defined standards—regardless of cleaner, location, or day.
What You’ll Own- Company-wide cleaning quality standards, Inspector training, audits, inspections and reclean remediations
- Field Manager, Inspectors, Team Leads & cleaning pros
- Primarily field-based (hands-on inspections, coaching, calibration)
- Proactive leadership with the ability to step in on issues when needed
- Focused on building systems and leaders—not just fixing today’s problem
- Proven leadership experience in housekeeping or field operations
- Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven, process-obsessed, and a clear, direct communicator
- Comfortable enforcing standards and accountability
