Cybersecurity Analyst​/RMF Lead

Basic Qualifications /p>

li>Secret Clearance with Investigation within 5 years. TS preferred. li>Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570/8140 Information Assurance Management Level II certification li>Ability to author SSPs and maintain authorizations to operate (ATO). li>Ability to perform technical certifications for systems being presented to the government for authorization. li>Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security.
li>Knowledge of information systems security principles, methodologies, and technologies, including operational requirements and cyber threats. /ul> Desired Skills ul> li>Oversee and manage the overall execution of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, ensuring adherence to established principles and standards (NIST SP 800-37 triunfo 800-53). li>Understanding of implementation of all security controls and other technical requirements for various system types. li>Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes for DoD information systems, including understanding Authorization to Operate (ATO) requirements.
li>As a result experienced working withclassified information systems and ability make thorough risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide actionable mitigation strategies aligned with contractual requirements. li> /li>
• Excellent writtenไร and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior management.
li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, demanding environment. li>Knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with information system security. li>Prior experience as ISSO, ISSM, or DoD equivalent at an organization of similar size and complexity.
li>Understanding of avionic and weapon system architectural and network concepts. li>Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP),and vulnerability scanners. li>Ability to speak in front of large groups of people. /ul> Education p>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience;

or 1 years' experience required with a related Master's degree.
