Summary Guest Service Agents are the face of the hotel as they are often the first people guests interact with upon arrival. A Guest Service Agent is responsible for accommodating all guests and their various needs.

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first impression our guests have of our hotel, ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to stay with us.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and make their arrival memorable, following the 5/10 rule.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, assign rooms, process payments, and assist with reservations or cancellations.
- Add a touch of magic by arranging special services, such as calling a cab, offering directions, or setting up a surprise for a guest’s celebration.
- Handle guest concerns with patience and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
- Always look professional; maintain your uniform, appearance, and nametag.
- Stay organized and ensure accurate documentation, including guest accounts, payments, and personal details.
- Be a team player and step in where needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Keep your workspace tidy and report any safety concerns promptly.
- Bring your fun, friendly attitude to every interaction with both guests and teammates.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience; hospitality experience is a plus.
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both with guests and teammates.
- Computer-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn reservation and POS systems.
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Demands and Scheduling: This role will keep you on your feet and interacting with guests. Be prepared for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with some lifting and long periods of standing.
