Position Summary

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Health Clinic team as an Access Specialist. The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public, providing superior customer service, and ensuring each client has a positive and helpful experience.

Responsibilities

The Access Specialist is responsible for reception and administrative duties, including greeting patients and visitors, answering phones, responding to inquiries, collecting accurate client information, and entering it into the Electronic Health Record (EHR). This role also includes scheduling and verifying appointments, notifying patients of previous balances, collecting payments, processing credit cards, balancing the cash drawer, and maintaining strict confidentiality. In addition, the Access Specialist is responsible for cleaning the Health Clinic on Fridays.

Strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate with BCI staff and external stakeholders are essential to ensure seamless patient experiences and effective clinic operations.
