• Perform technical laboratory functions in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology.
• Report test results and alert clinicians of abnormal findings.
• Ensure quality control – collect appropriate specimens, maintain accurate records, and follow protocols.
• Maintain laboratory equipment – set up, calibrate, clean, and test equipment sterility.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Medical laboratory experience preferred.
• MLT, ASCP, CPT, or AMT certification required.
• State of Florida Medical Laboratory Technician License required.
• US Authorization to work required.
