Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking applicants that want to work with clients to effectively address clients' care by assessing needs, developing, monitoring, and facilitating interdisciplinary approaches. This position will provide social services support to parents of children ages 0 through 5, located in Okaloosa County who present behavioral challenges in childcare settings or Early Childhood Care Coordination (ECCC) program is designed to strengthen the bond of connection between caregiver and child, to promote healthy early childhood neurodevelopment in a safe and stable environment, both in the home and early childcare settings.

The Parent Support Coach (PSC) will provide support and coaching to parents/primary caregivers to increase family stability and decrease childcare disruptions or prevent out-of-home placements for the most challenging children.
Responsibilities- Provide social services support to parents of children ages 0 through 5 in Okaloosa County who present behavioral challenges in childcare settings or at home.

- Collaborate and communicate with BCI departments and external stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times to ensure that each client has a positive and helpful therapeutic experience.
