Field Service Engineer, EV

Tier 1 OEM Automotive Manufatcurer is seeking a Field Service Engineer, EV to support dealers and end users with EV technical service needs while partnering closely with engineering, training, technical publications, and sales to improve repair capability and product support.

Field Service Engineer, EV | What You Will Do

• Provide EV technical support to dealer service teams and end users in the field
• Help dealership leadership understand technician training needs and improve repair readiness
• Develop EV related service publications and support labor time standards for repairs
• Assist with EV training requests and work with internal teams on current model and product development projects
• Travel as needed to support customer and dealer needs

Field Service Engineer, EV | What You Bring

• 5+ years of automotive manufacturer technical service experience with dealer contact
• 5+ years of hands on automotive diagnosis and repair experience
• Strong EV powertrain and/or charging infrastructure knowledge
• Clear communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently in customer facing environments
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
