A U.S.

-based manufacturer is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to support import and export compliance at a high-activity production facility. This role owns classification, documentation accuracy, broker coordination, and regulatory compliance execution to ensure smooth cross-border movement of goods.

• Manage import export documentation including invoices, declarations, and shipping paperwork
• Assign HTS, Schedule B, and ECCN classifications based on technical specifications
• Monitor and interpret compliance requirements including EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and customs regulations
• Partner with logistics, purchasing, sales, and engineering to ensure compliant execution
• Coordinate customs brokers and freight forwarders for timely clearance and issue resolution
• Support internal audits and maintain records to ensure government audit readiness
• Assist with USMCA, duty drawback, and other trade program activity as needed
• Drive process improvements, training, and reporting to reduce compliance risk

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field required
• CCS or CES certification required
• 3 to 5 years experience in trade compliance, import export, or customs brokerage preferred
• Strong HTS and ECCN classification capability
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Trade compliance software or ERP exposure preferred, SAP GTS is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required
• Onsite role in Fort Valley, GA
