• Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) – LTAC nursing
• Employment Type: Travel Contract – Travel Nurse (RN)
• Start Date: March 16, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day Shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week (36 hours/week), every other weekend required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1680 - $1770 per week

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of assignment required)
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical experience required; 2 years highly desired
• ICU/Critical Care experience preferred — LTAC and critical care nursing experience a plus
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission, consistent with LTAC nursing standards
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly to support continuity of care
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs, therapy coordination, and discharge planning from day of admission
• Communicate changes in patient status to the care team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate for LTAC nursing
• Promote and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to all hospital safety policies
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participate in team-building activities, and support quality improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
