Key Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous bodywork, including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural restoration
• Conduct thorough damage assessments and determine the most effective repair strategies
• Utilize advanced repair techniques, materials, and equipment to ensure factory-quality finishes
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality control measures

INDSJ

• Proven experience in automotive body repair (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to superior craftsmanship
• Proficiency in structural repairs, metal finishing, and refinishing techniques
• Ability to interpret repair estimates and technical documentation
• I-CAR or ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
