- Perform meticulous bodywork, including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural restoration
- Conduct thorough damage assessments and determine the most effective repair strategies
- Utilize advanced repair techniques, materials, and equipment to ensure factory-quality finishes
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality control measures
- Proven experience in automotive body repair (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to superior craftsmanship
- Proficiency in structural repairs, metal finishing, and refinishing techniques
- Ability to interpret repair estimates and technical documentation
- I-CAR or ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
