Position2nd Shift – Reclaim Driver – AR
Department: Fort Smith Feed Haul

4:00 pm - 4:00 am Mon - Fri
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Location: Fort Smith, AR
ResponsibilitiesSummary Puts up feed from the broiler farms by performing the following duties.
- Drives a truck to pick up chicken feed from the broiler farms.
- Loads the feed into the trailer.
- Weighs the feed.
- Operates a hydraulic system to load the feed into the trailer.
- Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
- Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil and water.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Must comply with all DOT and State driver training and documentation requirements.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate hours of service, complete log book pages and calculate and report hours worked.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a Class-A CDL Drivers License. Must have no major driving violations and be able to pass a D.O.T. physical and drug test.
