Job Description

We are looking for dedicated full-time traveling delivery drivers! Contingency (travel) drivers will go where the work is needed! YOU MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL FOR 2 WEEKS AT A TIME in the Fort Smith area - 4501 Industrial Drive, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72916

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to our valued customers. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting, the ability to load and unload pallets using a pallet jack, and proficiency in operating a manual transmission vehicle. No CDL license is required!

This position is ideal for those who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $225/day plus all travel/lodging paid for by employer - After Training

Schedule: Approx 7:30am until route completion and 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, maintaining their condition upon arrival.
  • Keep detailed records of deliveries, completing all required paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to company safety and maintenance standards.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety on the road.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members to address and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate a pallet jack.
  • Proficient in driving a manual transmission vehicle through congested areas.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and solve problems on the go.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in delivery schedules.
  • Prior experience with courier services is a plus.
