Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working independently, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product information, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records using basic computer programs and internal systems
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and company processes to continuously improve performance
• Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, web navigation, Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Strong phone communication skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative
• Desire to learn, grow, and excel in a sales environment

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems or customer-tracking tools
