Pradco Fishing is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Consumer Service & Print Operations Specialist to represent our brands inside the Bass Pro Shops Fort Smith location. While employed by Pradco Fishing, this role works daily within the Bass Pro Shops retail environment, supporting both consumer-facing service needs and in-store operational functions, including digital print production. This position requires a strong understanding of Pradco Fishing brands, Bass Pro Shops culture, and the expectations of outdoor consumers.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as a Pradco Fishing brand ambassador within the Bass Pro Shops store
- Interact directly with consumers to answer product questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate and maintain the LOGOJET digital printing system, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Manage all inventory related to Pradco Fishing products and print department supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs or discrepancies to Pradco leadership
- Maintain accurate records related to customer interactions, print jobs, inventory usage, and maintenance
- Support special projects, promotions, and store initiatives as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a consumer-facing retail environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Background or interest in fishing, hunting, or outdoor sporting goods
- Experience with digital printing equipment or light technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Adobe Illustrator
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- On-site retail environment within Bass Pro Shops
- Team-oriented role with independent responsibilities
- Must be able to stand 95% of the workday
