Maintenance Custodian Associate

Overview

Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club. You are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept facility, including clean restrooms and floors, and a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires standing and moving throughout the shift while maintaining a positive attitude to provide a great member experience.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish stock as needed.

The base pay range for this position is $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
