The Merchandise Leader works closely with the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards across the store. This role focuses on floorset execution, marketing and merchandising updates, replenishment, and guest‑ready store presentation.

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive effective floorset execution by training the floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership for action.
• Promote teamwork by guiding the merchandising team to uphold AEO Brand Standards through adjustments and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins while maintaining a focus on the guest experience.
• Ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, support shrink‑reduction strategies, and uphold AEO policies and procedures.
