Batter/Breader Operator - 1st Shift - Fort Smith, AR (: , Department 151)

1st Shift: Further Processing Plant

Shift Time: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department:

• Set‑up/tear‑down workstation and line as required.
• Sort and grade product.
• Make boxes.
• Bag finished product.
• Pack bagged product into boxes.
• Tape boxes.
• Scale boxed product to required weight.
• Label boxes as applicable to customer specifications.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand, walk, reach, and lift or move up to 25‑40 pounds. This is a safety‑sensitive position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
