Operational Technology Engineer

* The salary range for this role, based in Arkansas is* *$81,040.00  to $**.
* * The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Maintain agility and purpose of the site’s automation platform.
*
* Required Skills:

** Experience with CISCO, Microsoft Server, VMWare, Rockwell, and industrial automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley). Microsoft SQL database administration (backup/restore, user/security management, creation), with basic Oracle knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Reporting Services. Demonstrated cybersecurity strategy experience. Strong foundational IT knowledge across listed platforms. Self-starter with the ability to identify needs, plan work/testing, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions independently.

Strong communication skills to clearly convey changes and impacts to non-technical stakeholders.
