1st Shift: Debone Plant

Dept: 431 Cone Loader – HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Time: 7:55 a.m. – 4:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive.
• Pay increases at 30‑ and 90‑days.

• Set‑up/tear‑down workstation & line as required.
• Properly load front half on high‑speed processing machines so that the front half is processed.
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high‑speed processing machines so that the meat is processed and/or portioned.
• Recognize when machine is not functioning properly.
• Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products.
• Perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine.
• Maintain work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; extreme cold; high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. Noise level is usually loud.
