We are partnering confidentially with a rapidly growing agriculture-focused organization to identify an experienced Project Manager to support projects across the south-central United States.

About the Role

The Project Manager will play a key role in driving a mix of new build and capital improvement projects. This position involves coordinating and overseeing multiple initiatives while serving as a primary point of contact for external contractors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for new construction and capital improvement initiatives
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with contractors and vendors
• Travel regularly to project sites across the south-central U.S.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the company's growth and operational goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience in the agriculture industry preferred, but not required
• AutoCAD familiarity required
• Ability to provide a portfolio of relevant project work
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-management skills

Compensation

• $90,000-$130,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Bonus incentive in addition to base pay
