Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Description

Bost, Inc. is seeking an organized and highly motivated part-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to work in the Property Management Department. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures while meeting all regulatory requirements, applicable licensing standards, and state and federal statutes permitting lawful employment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform needed repairs and/or preventative maintenance as directed by the supervisor
• Assist the grounds services team with the performance of seasonal preventative measures as needed
• Provide back up support to Fleet and Grounds services
• Warehouse organization
• Other duties as assigned
