Through Bachoco USA, we deliver high-quality chicken products to the U.S. market, serving retail, food service, and national accounts through our fully integrated operations, which include farms, hatcheries, feed mills, and processing plants.

Efficiently manages receiving process and promptly resolves any problems or discrepancies. Picks up feed and ingredient samples from both feed mills. Transports mail from feed mills and hatcheries to corporate. Transports payroll checks to Stigler and Heavener.

• Receiving deliveries as needed
• Inspecting deliveries to ensure they match order and invoice criteria as needed
• Comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Views not received opened orders
• Keys information into computer / SAP.
• Picks up feed and ingredient samples from feed mills daily.
• Transports mail and paperwork to/from facilities including payroll checks, invoices, and records.
• Moves parts to/from shops.
• Delivers computers to MIS from outside locations.
• Delivers bio-security supplies.
• Disposes of feed, ingredients, etc. when necessary (lifting of up to 50lbs)

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software and FMLA software.

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to qualify for the company's driver program.
