Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic
Position based on the campus in Madison, WI; requires relocation to the area and financial relocation assistance provided.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support our ongoing growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets.
Primary focus will be managing complex litigation and providing counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas. Responsibilities include handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, forging vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

Responsibilities- Manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas.
- Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling.
- Represent company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks in US and abroad.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
