RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week (3x12)

• 2+ years of nursing experience required

• Required certifications:
Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing licensure, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, CPEN

• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system

• Dress code requires black scrubs

• No call requirements or float requirements

• Assess patients, plan and evaluate their care, and educate patients and families as needed

• Utilize appropriate resources to optimize patient care and patient flow

• Follow Medical Center's pain assessment policy by assessing pain complaints and assisting with pain management

• Participate in patient safety/risk management program and Quality Improvement initiatives

• No weekend hour requirements specified
