- Expanded span of control of providers
- Expanded span of control of direct and indirect reports
- Location and geographical distance of practice(s)
- Leadership specific criteria
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience:
- 3 years of healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education met
Licensure:
Certification(s):

- Bachelors degree
