Summary:
Radiology Technologist with essential Interventional Radiology training to function independently during cases without a preceptor while using proper sterile technique, radiation safety, and proficiency in procedure data recording. Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, other staff, management, and hospital employees of all areas.
- Function independently during interventional radiology cases without a preceptor.
- Use proper sterile technique and radiation safety practices.
- Maintain proficiency in procedure data recording.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, other staff, management, and hospital employees across all areas.
- Graduate of an approved radiography or cardiovascular tech program.
- ARRT certification, or RCVT/RCIS; and an Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license or a limited scope license and CPR certification.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
