Senior Financial Analyst

Optimize oil & gas revenue accouting processes and support real estate investments by preparing and analyzing financial models.

• Prepare and analyze financial models for real estate and oil & gas investments:
  Including debt/equity structuring, computing IRR, NPV, and other rate‑of‑return metrics.
• Support and identify enhancements pertaining to oil & gas revenue processes.
• Support real estate accounng tasks:
  Lease accounting, property-level P&L, capital expenditure tracking, and asset valuation/impairment reviews.
• Provide general tax support:
  Assess tax implications of transactions, work with external tax advisors, and assist with tax provision inputs.
• Conduct sensivity and interest‑rate stress testing on portfolios and financing structures:
  Model scenarios and quantify impacts on cash flow, debt service, and covenant compliance.
• Develop and maintain relaonships with contractors and joint‑venture partners:
  Review contracts for financial/risk implications, manage financial aspects of vendor/contractor agreements, and assist in coordinating billing/joint‑interest settlements.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.
