Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Fort Smith, AR. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the branch, lead and manage staff, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include achieving branch performance goals, developing relationships with members, managing loan applications, and ensuring a smooth operation of all branch activities.
Qualifications- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience in financial product sales and loan processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and manage budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a banking or financial institution is preferred
