Empower Our Military Community - Financial Counselor (Fort Smith, AR)

Work on‑site at Fort Smith Base, providing confidential, one‑on‑one guidance on:
- Budgeting & debt management.
- Investments & retirement planning.
- Financial planning for life events (e.g., PCS, deployment).
- Military pay & benefits.
- Required Certification: AFC, or CFP®, or ChFC (must have at least one of these certifications).
- Strong knowledge of military culture preferred.
- Ability to pass background check/security clearance.
