About the Position
Locum Jobs Online  is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Wound, Burn & Ostomy MD in Arkansas!

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Wound Care Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Arkansas starting Feb 2, 2026. This outpatient role offers a Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, and does not require nights, weekends, or call coverage.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide wound care services in an outpatient setting
Occasionally perform initial consults at a local hospital
Coordinate follow-up appointments with patients after hospital discharge
Work collaboratively with clinical and office staff
Ensure high standards of patient safety and care

Additional Information
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required (board-eligible accepted if newly trained)
Arkansas medical license required
Primary care backgrounds strongly preferred
No inpatient rounding responsibilities
