Overview
We re welcoming a permanent Hematology-Oncology physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed oncology program in Western Arkansas. This program is experiencing significant and sustained patient demand and is focused on long-term growth, sustainability, and retention.
Responsibilities- Predominantly outpatient Hematology-Oncology practice with clinic and infusion-based care
- Approximate mix of 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology
- 15-chair, hospital-staffed infusion center directly connected to the clinic
- Strong APP support, including clinic-based APPs and PA support for inpatient rounding
- Minimal inpatient responsibilities, limited to occasional consults
- No formal weekend call; rare emergencies
- Access to tumor boards and clinical collaboration through UAMS
- AI documentation support in place to reduce physician documentation time
- Competitive compensation aligned with MGMA benchmarks
- RVU-based compensation structure with flexibility for the right candidate
- Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
