Find your calling at Mercy! The member service desk representatives purpose is to greet our members with a positive attitude given any situation. They must be able to multi-task while keeping a cool composure. The member service desk representative must be physically capable of performing all job duties.

- Other: Basic computer skills, good phone etiquette, must be able to multi-task.
