The Clinic Administrator is an active member of the Recovery Clinic team. The role will assist in a variety of administrative duties while maintaining an organized professional office setting. The Clinic Administrator position will assist clients and staff in a collaborative behavioral health clinical setting. This is a full-time position working four 10‑hour days Mon‑Thu from 8:00 am‑6:00 pm. Fridays off. The clinic is at the Independence office located in Wheat Ridge, CO.
Whatis the Recovery Clinic?
The Recovery Clinic assist in helping people who are experiencing substance use disorder thrive by continuously revolutionizing our healthcare delivery --using a data‑driven, team‑based approach. The clinic seeks to offer the community access to the best behavioral health, substance use, and wellness services starting on the same day requested, without exception. We will achieve this while simultaneously creating a work environment where our team has autonomy, support, and tools to be wildly effective, satisfied, and engaged at work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition
- Oversee front desk operations and make administrative decisions for the clinic
- Assist with check‑in, paperwork, fee collection. Track appointment so client is seen in a timely manner by team members
- Answer a multiline phone system to support incoming calls to the clinic
- Multitask to support in‑person clinic demands while also monitoring and supporting telehealth kiosk services
- Expert knowledge of Zoom with the ability to work within telehealth services to send client paperwork, support breakout rooms and simultaneously support multiple staff/client interactions and needs is required.
- Inventory and purchase supplies; stock client resource center
- Work collaboratively as a member of the clinical team, offering suggestions and positive ideas to continuously improve operations
- Ability to work independently with little oversight
- Assist clinic staff with new hire orientation of clinic services, initial systems training and office set up. Ongoing training support for all clinic staff
- Ability to support clients and staff set up the technology needed for virtual appointments, meetings, training, and client care.
- Support clinic Program Coordinator and Manager
- Work collaboratively with other Jefferson Center departments
- Create clinic flyers and brochures as needed
- Assist in community outreach. Distributing clinic materials and discuss program benefits with community members when requested
- Assist in data collection, tracking and organization of results for presentation
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection that supports Zoom and clinic operations. Must have a private space while working remote to be HIPAA compliant.
- Timely and thorough responses to phone calls, emails, Teams messaging and other requests from clients and staff utilizing strong communication and professionalism.
- Be knowledgeable of and accountable to the process, procedures and daily operations of the Recovery Clinic and Jefferson Center
- Initiate and maintain effective professional relations with consumers, peers, staff and the general public exhibiting courtesy, enthusiasm, flexibility and a spirit of cooperation.
- Attend mandatory meetings and all trainings.

Skills & Experience Required:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 2 years of relevant work experience required.
- Previous experience supervising office operations preferred.
Jefferson Center pay is based on various factors including education level, licensure level, and years of relative experience.
The annual salary listed above is based on 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week). Position will be paid hourly/non‑exempt.
