You will perform a wide variety of building and /or utility maintenance and operations duties to assist journeyman and other higher grade maintenance team members.

Perform recurring building and /or utility maintenance and operation duties and to assist journeymen and other higher graded maintenance mechanics. Work will consist of carpentry, painting, plumbing, roofing, electrical, cement work, masonry, and operation of various types of motor vehicles, loaders, bobcat, and other equipment. Work with the care for common power and hand tools as well as work with the materials associated with the trades.

Work from sketches, work orders, basic blueprints and verbal instructions which are complete in terms of type of job required and materials and methods to be used. Responsible for detailed layout, selection of tools and materials and for accuracy, completeness and adherence to standards. For more information about the area please visit:
