Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you will lead weekly shifts, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers and managing crew, quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them.
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
• Passion to work in a famously fast‑paced environment.

Starting pay for this position is $13.00/hr.
