JOB SUMMARY:
Under general direction, this position is responsible for leading and managing the college's recruitment & admissions operations to support institutional enrollment goals and increase college participation within the community. Provides strategic direction and oversight for all recruitment & admissions initiatives, ensuring alignment with the college's mission and objectives. Collaborates closely with internal departments, local K-12 schools, community organizations, and industry partners to promote access and strengthen pathways to higher education.
Foster effective partnerships both within and outside the institution.
SPECIFIC
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage all aspects of admission functions for the college including admissions process, including inquiry, application review, and student enrollment, ensuring a smooth, student-centered experience. Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and optimize applicant engagement. (40%).
* Lead, and manage the admissions counseling functions, fostering a high-performing, goal-driven environment. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure team success in meeting enrollment goals. (30%)
