Hourly Wage

$19 - $32 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. They are ready to help with customer questions and needs and may need to stand for long periods of time.
