• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to navigate maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate multi‑story buildings

• Operate delivery equipment and drive safely
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare product and fulfill orders
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide; may use calculator
• Create correct monetary change
• Exchange verbal, written, and telephone orders
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen

• Varying / adverse weather while performing outside tasks
• Store temperatures range from 36 °F in cooler to 90 °F+ in some areas, with sudden changes in temperature
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts

• Clear talking and hearing on telephone
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks

• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make judgments

• Deliver pizzas within the designated area; may make several deliveries per shift

• Most tasks performed from a standing position

• Short distances for short durations

• Unloading bulk product deliveries twice weekly or more by hand truck
• Case weights up to 50 pounds and dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'
• Stacking cases onto shelves up to 72 in. high

• Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves
• Pizza sauce (≈30 lb) from storage to front of store
• Trays of dough (≈12 lb each) carried three at a time over short distances

• Push trays on dollies (≈24‑30 lb); force up to 7.5 lb required
• May pull trays as needed

• Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladders for maintenance or sign changes

• Forward bending at the waist used at the pizza assembly station; 30‑45 sec per occurrence, repeated continuously
• Also occurs at front counter and while stocking ingredients

• Occasionally performed to stock shelves and clean low areas

• Continuous reaching upward, downward, and forward

• Eye‑hand coordination essential throughout the day
• Use of one or both hands frequent; shaping dough requires forearm and wrist force
