Schedule:
Full-Time | Night Shift | 5 Days/Week (Weekend Availability Required)
Scotlynn is seeking a dedicated Logistics Support Representative to join our team at our Fort Myers, FL headquarters. This full-time night shift role plays a key part in ensuring the successful coordination of truckload transportation activities. You’ll work closely with carriers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure on‑time pick‑ups and deliveries, while providing exceptional customer service and operational support.
Please Note:
Open availability for nights and weekends is required for this position.
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule and confirm pick‑up and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers
- Monitor freight movement, including loading, unloading, and transit timelines
- Proactively identify and resolve issues by collaborating with supervisors and account managers
- Accurately input data and notes into the fleet management system
- Perform various clerical tasks as needed, especially during low call periods
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to problem‑solve and think critically under pressure
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Customer service experience, including conflict resolution
- Excellent multitasking and time‑management abilities
- Detail‑oriented with strong note‑taking skills
- Must have a clean background and driving record
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
