Head Football Coach Fort Myers High School in Fort Myers, Florida. Fort Myers High School is seeking a highly qualified, high-energy leader to take over one of Florida’s most successful and historic programs. For over 100 years, Fort Myers football has been built on a tradition of grit, excellence, and pride. We are looking for a Head Coach who will honor this storied past while building a dominant future.

The candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of discipline and “Greenwave Pride,” ensuring our student-athletes excel on the field, in the classroom, and within the community.

• Program Leadership:
  Oversee all levels of the football program (Varsity, JV, Freshmen).
• Player Development:
  Implement a comprehensive year-round strength, conditioning, and skills program.
• Mentorship:
  Build a positive culture focused on character, academic achievement, and post‑secondary success.
• Staff Management:
  Recruit, supervise, and develop a high‑quality coaching staff.
• Compliance & Engagement:
  Ensure full adherence to FHSAA and School District policies while maintaining strong relationships with boosters, alumni, and local stakeholders.

Compensation follows Lee County School District guidelines.
