We are currently looking for a Family and Health Coordinator to fill a vacant position in Bowling Green, FL.
The basic functions of this position include managing caseloads of families and children, conducting assessments/home visits, ensuring center health/safety requirements are maintained, and being responsible for ensuring that children and families have a source of continuous and accessible healthcare (including dental and disability services).
