Coastal Cooling – Immediate Opening: HVAC Install Helper (Change-Outs)

Key Responsibilities- Assist lead HVAC installers with residential & commercial system change-outs
- Replace various makes and models of A/C systems
- Solder copper lines and read blueprints
- Lift and transport heavy equipment
- Document work using electronic systems
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong teamwork and attention to detail
- Must speak Spanish and English fluently
- Background check required
- No high-pressure sales or quotas
- Steady, year-round work
- Exposure to high-end HVAC/R technology
