• Independently install custom closets with precision and craftsmanship
• Ensure design intent is understood and executed to client satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with designers, installation manager, and warehouse manager to confirm job details and verify materials
• Collaborate with the installation team to support Murphy bed and cabinetry installations when needed
• Maintain professionalism, high-quality standards, and customer satisfaction throughout every project

• Proven custom closet installation experience
• Proficient in using power and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret design plans/blueprints
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs safely
• Professional appearance and polite demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn additional products
