Holiday Mechanical AC Services LLC is looking to hire four experienced Sheet Metal/Fiberglass Mechanics to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you’ll apply your technical skills and trade knowledge to install ductwork, read blueprints, and assist with HVAC equipment layout. You will be trusted to work independently with proper direction and to support project success by training helpers when needed.

• Interpret blueprints and submittal data to execute accurate installations
• Perform basic layout tasks including duct hanger placement and equipment positioning
• Install sheet metal and duct board systems, including elbows, offsets, and plenums
• Accurately cut and measure ductwork materials for both metal and fiberglass installations
• Operate independently with direction from the Foreman
• Train and supervise helpers on tasks when the Foreman is engaged
• Maintain safe and clean working conditions on the job site
• Adhere to current mechanical codes, safety standards, and best practices
• Communicate clearly with the Foreman and team to keep projects on track

Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience required

Strong ability to read blueprints and submittals

Skilled in sheet metal and fiberglass (duct board) fabrication and installation

Must be able to work unsupervised once given direction

Able to train and direct helpers efficiently

  • Crane Signal Certification (preferred)

Education:

High school diploma or GED preferred
