Job DescriptionAs a Tile and Grout Restoration Technician at Sir Grout, you will restore and protect tile, grout, stone, and hard surfaces using our proven systems, while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and representing the Sir Grout brand with integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Interaction – Interact with clients professionally and courteously, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Tile and Grout Cleaning – Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore surfaces.
- Tile and Grout Repair – Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition.
- Grout Color Sealing – Apply color sealing to grout lines for a fresh and uniform appearance.
- Secondary Services – Perform residential stone counter top sealing and apply coatings to all floors and surfaces.
- Surface Inspection – Assess tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance.
- Safety Adherence – Safely operate the service vehicle, use chemicals, and maintain equipment while following all safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance – Maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Inventory – Report on an accurate inventory of chemical products, PPE, etc.
- Reporting – Report all safety concerns or injuries immediately.
- Previous Tile and Grout Restoration Experience – Proven experience in cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques.
- Attention to Detail – A keen eye for precision to deliver impeccable results.
- Customer-Focused – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify and address challenges.
