Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Manage access control operations by verifying identification, processing sign-in and/or badging, controlling entry and exit points, and documenting access activity per post orders;
Monitor cameras, alarms, radios, and other access control systems; report irregular activity and follow escalation procedures as required;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site personnel and/or public agency partners as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, interior areas, and perimeter areas; observe and report conditions that may impact operations
