An equipment service company is seeking an experienced Product Support Sales Rep (PSSR) in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will target customer uptime by providing timely parts and service support. Your responsibilities will include calling on customers, monitoring trends, and maintaining the Dobbs database to ensure product support revenue targets are met. A bachelor’s degree and customer service experience are required, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Overnight travel will be necessary.
