Territory Manager - Steel Roofing, FL

This position is responsible for achieving company sales and profitability targets in the assigned sales territory for Westlake Royal Building Products – Unified Steel. Develop and maintain consultative relationships with customers and prospects in the following defined segments:
Distributors, Roofing Contractors, Property Managers & HOA’s, Custom and volume builders and other groups in the new construction and re‑roof market. Thorough understanding of the needs of these segments and key px. Responsible for expanding market‑share and developing sales strategies. Products include Unified Steel & Westlake Royal Roofing Component.

** This position is assigned to the Florida region, with the ideal candidate living in the FL area.**

• Quickly establish strong relationships with existing customers
