We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team-oriented and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity for growth through meeting sales goals and contributing to the agency’s success. You will play a key role in helping us continue to build meaningful client relationships and meet the agency’s sales objectives.

Base Salary + Commission & Bonus first year earning potential of $100,000+.

Our top performers total compensation package is up $120,000+.

• Sales Goals:
  Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Client Engagement:
  Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Presentations:
  Deliver clear and compelling sales presentations to clients.
• Organization:
  Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely follow-up and meeting deadlines.
• Time Management:
  Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage client relationships and administrative duties.
• Technology:
  Utilize computers and learn new software programs to streamline processes and improve customer service.

• Licensing:
  Must hold a valid Florida 440 or 220 insurance license.
