Due to continued growth and strong Lincoln sales, we have an immediate opening for a motivated candidate to join our Three-time President's Award-winning sales team at Galloway Lincoln in Ft Myers. We are looking for one Business Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively in-person, over the phone, via email, text, social media, etc., to discover the wants and needs of clients.
  • Proactively consult and guide clients through the sales process, including vehicle appraisal, test drives, finance applications, and explaining vehicle features thoroughly.
  • Use and navigate provided selling tools and industry-specific programs & training successfully.
  • Follow up with potential clients and qualify leads.
  • Adhere to provided metrics, sales guidelines, and requirements.
  • Ensure vehicles and product displays represent the quality and first-class experience clients expect.
  • Maintain brand-specific training and certification requirements.
    • Qualifications:

    Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required prior to employment.
